I actually met Eddy when I called on a house he was carrying and his demeanor just suited me. So when he asked if I wanted to look at some other homes in Redding, he quickly put together a list and scheduled a day to see several homes. It was an easier sale for him because the second house I saw that day was my choice. We put in an offer that day. From then until closing I felt like he was right by my side walking me through the purchase. He is made all steps very clear to me, he always called me back when I needed him, he scheduled all the inspections and was there for each one, and he moved the process along with no problems. It was the smoothest home purchase I have ever made and I have made several. 

I so appreciated Eddy's professionalism and his personal way of dealing with me, and I would bet he approaches each client in that same manner. I would definitely use Eddy as my realtor in the future since I had such a pleasant experience in purchasing my home.

Eddy was amazing from the second we met him.

He befriended my 4 year old which isn't easy to do... he was available just about everyday to look at houses and understood we were on a tight constraint since our rental had been sold... after seeing a few houses we were interested in he would send us   lists of houses to choose from... 3 weeks and we found our dream home and couldn't be happier!
